May 2026 - The project is operational; November 2024 - ConocoPhillips has completed the acquisition of Marathon Oil Corporation; October 2023 - Marathon Oil Corporation has entered into a five-year firm LNG sales agreement with Glencore Energy UK Ltd; June 2023 - Marathon Oil has signed a heads of agreement (HOA) with the Republic of Equatorial Guinea and Noble Energy which will help further leveraging and extending the life of the project
