March 2025 - Elengy operates the terminal; March 2023 - The terminal is offline due to national strike; As per November 2021, Cheniere has signed a 5-year SPA starting in 2018 with Engie for the delivery of 12 LNG cargoes/year from the Sabine Pass and Corpus Christi LNG liquefaction terminals on an ex-ship basis primarily to the terminal in 2015; Qatar Petroleum and Elengy have signed a long - term agreement for LNG receiving, storage and regasification services at the terminal in February 2020; Engie owns 100% stake in terminal through its subsidiary Elengy
