June 2023 - The project became operational in 2013; As per September 2021, NewMed Energy Management Ltd. (Formerly Delek Drilling) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Mubadala Petroleum to sell its 22% stake in the project; In May 2021, Chevron has shut down production at the terminal due to escalating violence and tensions in the region; The remaining shareholder is Everest (3.5%)
