December 2025 - Snam S.p.A. has agreed to acquire the Igneo Infrastructure partners 48.2% interest in the project, transaction is expected to be closed in 1H26; November 2024 - The terminal has resumed operations; April 2024 - FSRU Toscana has been disconnected from the terminal for maintenance; June 2023 - The project has now received authorisation to increase its annual regasification capacity from the current 3.75bcm to 5bcm; The remaining 48.24% stake in the project is owned by First Sentier Investors
