November 2025 - The project has a capacity of 9mntpa; May 2025 - Australia Pacific LNG has signed supply agreements with two petroleum companies Ampol Limited and Alinta Energy; May 2021 - Origin Energy has lined up a four-year natural gas supply deal with Australia Pacific LNG for the project; Train 2 became operational in October 2016; Train 1 began production in December 2015; Plant comprises of two trains, each with capacity of 4.5mntpa; Project Cost - AUD24.7bn
