March 2026 - Glenfarne Group and Kiewit Energy Group Inc. have signed an EPC agreement for the project; February 2026 - Texas LNG has expected to make a final investment decision for the terminal in early 2026; January 2022 - Texas LNG has signed a long-term pipeline gas supply agreement with Enbridge Inc.; In December 2020, Texas LNG has entered into a long - term lease agreement with the Port of Brownsville, successfully securing the project site for up to 50years; As per May 2020, Air permit allowing the construction and operation of the facility has been granted by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality; Project received FERC approval in November 2019; FID is still expected
