May 2025 - Glenfarne anticipates a FID on the project in 2025; March 2025 - Alaska Gasline Development Corporation have signed definitive agreement for Glenfarne to become majority owner of the project, which is 75% of Glenfarne Group and 25% of AGDC; As per November 2020, Alaska Gasline Development Corporation (AGDC) has approved a plan to transfer the project to a private entity to be selected by the end of 2020, with the transition to be completed by June 2021
