September 2025 - FTA and Non FTA Applications for the project has been approved; March 2025 - The project is operated by Berkshire Hathaway Energy; November 2024 - Seaside LNG, a entity of NORTHSTAR MIDSTREAM SERVICES COMPANY owns 50% stake in the project; Facility started operations in May 2019; Facility has the capacity to produce 120000 gallons of LNG per day and store more than 2mn gallons of LNG and can be further expanded to capacity of 600000 gallons per day and enable the storage of up to 4mn gallons
