June 2026 - The project is expected to commence commercial operations in October; December 2024 - China Oil & Gas Pipeline Network Corp. has completed the interim acceptance inspection for phase I of the project; China Oil & Gas Pipeline Network Corp. (PipeChina) has started construction on terminal in May 2020; The terminal will be build in two phases, of which capacity of 5mntpa will be added in first phase while second phase will increase capacity to 20mntpa
