(NFE) is planning to install the project; November 2022 - New Fortress Energy Inc. has expected to sign an agreement with the Government of Mexico for the development of the project; July 2022 - New Fortress Energy Inc. (NFE) will deploy a 1.4mntpa FLNG unit to liquefy the majority of the natural gas produced at Lakach field, after signing a deal with Petroleos Mexicanos (Pemex) to jointly develop the Lakach offshore gas field; Project expected to complete in 2024
